What We Offer
The Integration Architect (Health Level 7) defines and governs the enterprise architecture for healthcare interoperability platforms, including HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, APIs, and integration engines. This role provides technical leadership and architectural oversight to ensure scalable, secure, and standards‑based integration solutions across the organization.
The Integration Architect establishes integration strategy, standards, and best practices, guiding engineering teams in the design and implementation of interoperable healthcare solutions. The role ensures alignment between business needs, regulatory requirements, and modern integration patterns while enabling reliable data exchange across clinical, operational, and digital platforms.
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (On call support required, as needed).

What We're Looking For
Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. Computer Science or Computer Information. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Computer Science or Computer Information.
Experience: 10 years of experience an integration architecture or integration developer role, required.
Licensure/Certification:
Epic Bridges, required.
HealthShare Health Connect Specialist, required.
IRIS Professional, required.
Additional Skills (required): Proficient knowledge of Epic Bridges and InterSystems HealthConnect Cloud. Lead design, documentation, and validation of HL7 based integration solutions. Build and customize HL7 interfaces and FHIR API integrations for bidirectional traffic flow. Proficient ability to map data between diverse formats, including HL7, FHIR, JSon, X12. Intermediate diagramming skills of processes and data flow diagrams. Intermediate knowledge of technologies (past, current, emerging) that support business capabilities within the Integration landscape. Intermediate knowledge of information technology design principles and practices. Ability to develop requirements definition and evaluation. Basic writing, speaking, and presenting skills. Intermediate problem-solving skills. Intermediate communication skills, with emphasis on translating business requirements into technical specifications. Ability to positively influence others. Ability to facilitate collaboration and negotiation. Ability to think strategically. Leadership skills. Ability to be assertive. Ability to inspire and motivate.
Additional Skills (preferred): Intermediate knowledge of CICD pipeline architecture. Ability to work with vendors and internal customers to craft, document, and verify solutions that meet data requirements. Ability to mentor and train others. Ability to diagram and communicate data flows and workflows. Intermediate knowledge of Agile methodologies. Intermediate knowledge of DevOps methodologies. Intermediate knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Basic knowledge of analytics tools for data presentation and visualization.
