Integration & Control Technician

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Integration & Control Technician to join our team. This team works closely with the sales and service teams, to help design, configure, deploy, and maintain operating systems with our customers to help monitor and control their processes and deliver on our solution model mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate proactively with the sales team, service team, suppliers, and customers to gather pricing information, ensuring that project estimates are competitive.
• Possess the ability to review electrical drawings.
• Must identify and deliver effective solutions for all technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Actively listen to, understand, and communicate customer requirements.  
• Perform instrument calibrations and oversee the startup and training of electrical control panels.  
• Engage in PLC programming, HMI development, and system integration.  
• Provide detailed service reports and documentation.  

Qualifications:

• Strong electrical aptitude or training
• AAS/BS in Electrical Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent successful experience in a similar industry role
• Experience 0-4 Years in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Ability to manage and prioritize variable workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills 
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
