    Title: Integration Developer Lead (Retail Energy)
    Location: New York, NY
    Work Arrangement: Hybrid
    Duration: 12-Month Contract
    Experience Range: 8-10 years
    Our client is seeking an experienced Integration Developer Lead to architect and deliver enterprise integration solutions across 15–20 business-critical platforms in a retail energy environment. This role offers the opportunity to establish integration standards, lead cloud-native Azure solutions, and mentor technical teams while driving modernization and engineering excellence.
    Responsibilities & Qualifications
    • Lead design and delivery of enterprise integration architecture across 15–20 business-critical platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, and high performance
    • Establish reusable API, messaging, and integration standards and drive governance across integration teams
    • Design and implement Azure Integration Services including API Management, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Data Factory for event-driven architecture patterns
    • Design secure, cloud-native integration solutions leveraging Azure AD, Key Vault, and RBAC
    • Collaborate with cross-functional technology and business stakeholders to align integration strategies with business objectives
    • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design governance to integration teams, fostering engineering excellence
    • Drive delivery quality on modernization initiatives and ensure cloud-native best practices are embedded throughout solution design
    Requirements
    • 8–10 years of experience in enterprise integration architecture and cloud platform development
    • Expert-level proficiency in Azure Integration Services, API Management, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Data Factory
    • Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architecture patterns
    • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise messaging, cloud-native solutions, and integration design patterns
    • Solid knowledge of Azure AD, Key Vault, and RBAC
    • Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and establish architectural standards
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
