Integration Engineer - 175425

Responsibilities: for the Integration Engineer include : Provide Tier 2 support for healthcare integrations, troubleshooting live data feeds, investigating recurring issues, participating in technical support calls, and tracing problems from end to end. Work hands-on with HL7 standards and healthcare messaging, including HL7 v2 messages such as ADT and ORU, to troubleshoot interfaces and ensure reliable data exchange between systems. Gather and interpret technical requirements and assist with building, configuring, testing, deploying, and monitoring integrations across the healthcare environment. Work closely with engineers, customers, project managers, and implementation teams to investigate issues, coordinate integration testing, and communicate technical information and project updates clearly. Monitor production integrations, configure alerts, investigate failures, perform root-cause analysis, and identify opportunities to improve integration reliability and internal processes. Qualifications: for the Integration Engineer include : Experience working with healthcare integrations, interoperability, healthcare data exchange, or interface support, with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems from end to end. Experience with HL7 CCDA/CCD, SQL, and/or Python preferred Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with an understanding of data flows, production support, technical integrations, and root-cause investigation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust technical explanations for engineers, customers, project managers, implementation teams, and nontechnical stakeholders. Experience with Mirth Connect or another healthcare interface engine is a plus, along with familiarity using AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot for coding assistance, troubleshooting, and technical investigation.
