    The Opportunity:
    Join our dynamic team as a Program Integrator and play a pivotal role in the development and integration of individual projects within our large-scale program. You will be responsible for managing project progress, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customers. Your organized and proactive approach will help you navigate challenges and build a high-performing team that consistently exceeds expectations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support program business and functional operations.

    • Facilitate the resolution of operational issues and act as a liaison between the customer and ecosystem providers.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    TS SCI with appropriate poly

    • Education and Experience:

      • University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.

      • Minimum 5 years of related work experience.

    • Project Management:

      • 5+ years of experience in project initiation and tailoring.

      • 5+ years of experience tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs.

      • 5+ years of experience in requirements review and tracking.

      • 5+ years of experience in management for systems or software delivery programs.

    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

      • Excellent communication and briefing skills.

      • Strong team-building skills and the ability to integrate across large, complex organizations.

    • Technical and Operational Experience:

      • Experience with program management, readiness reviews, and governance boards.

      • Experience conducting technical exchange meetings.

      • Proven experience working in team environments.

    • Technical Proficiency:

      • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

      • Experience using SharePoint.

    Pay Range:

    There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $75,200 - 158,100 USD
