| Job Description | Key Responsibilities " Core integrations: build and validate integrations with Microsoft 365 (Hybrid/GCC), RingCentral (screen pop, call logging, IVR routing, presence sync), and Active Directory/Entra ID (Hybrid/GCC). " API strategy: deliver REST/SOAP CRUD-capable APIs, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and SCIM-based user lifecycle provisioning; maintain the full connector catalog with integration pattern, auth type, and pricing tier (base license vs. add-on SKU vs. consumption). " CMDB & Discovery: design and implement the federated CMDB (applications, infrastructure services, SaaS, business services) with automated and manual dependency mapping, sourced from Intune, network discovery, cloud discovery, and security tooling. " Event-driven automation: enable event-driven incident creation from monitoring tools, cloud alerts, endpoint telemetry, and security tooling. " CI/CD & change automation: integrate Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI pipelines to support automated change-record creation and collision detection. | ||||||||
| Skill set info | Required Qualifications Mandatory 8+ years integration engineering; 5+ years on ServiceNow integrations and CMDB/Discovery " Minimum 5 years building ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server), including at least one California state or local government implementation. " Prior experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft 365 (Hybrid/GCC), Active Directory/Entra ID (Hybrid/GCC), and a cloud telephony/CCaaS platform (RingCentral experience strongly preferred). " Hands-on CMDB and Discovery implementation experience (ServiceNow CIS-Discovery certification preferred), including federated CMDB design and dependency mapping. " Experience with OAuth 2.0 and SCIM-based identity/user-lifecycle provisioning. Preferred Qualifications " Experience with CI/CD pipeline integrations (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for automated change-record creation. " Experience integrating endpoint/discovery data sources such as Microsoft Intune, network discovery tools, and cloud discovery platforms. | ||||||||
