Our client is building a financial services platform and is seeking an Integration & Operations Specialist to oversee their operations, technology, and M&A integration functions. This role will focus on bringing together systems, vendors, and operational processes as the business continues to grow through strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects that unify processes, systems, and vendors across newly added business lines.
Review existing tools, contracts, and workflows to identify opportunities for simplification, cost savings, and operational improvement.
Help standardize key business infrastructure, including people, finance, and operational systems.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to replace manual processes with scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure projects move from planning through execution.
Create repeatable frameworks and best practices that support future growth and expansion efforts.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, integration, consulting, or related environments.
