Integration Product Manager

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Integration Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of Workday integrations with external systems. This role partners closely with HRIS and business teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure integration solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday integration delivery (design, build, implementation, support)
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors
• Build and maintain APIs (REST/SOAP) and custom reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Ensure data security, compliance, and proper user access
• Support testing efforts (unit and QA)
• Document requirements, designs, and solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
