Overview:

The Integration Program Manager is accountable for coordinating and driving the end‑to‑end integration of 22 distinct Accretive agencies across the GGB Americas platform. This role sits at the center of execution—ensuring discovery insights are translated into integrated plans, workstreams are aligned, and integrations progress with speed, discipline, and minimal disruption to the business.

This role operates within an established integration strategy and governance model.

How you'll make an impact:

Own the day‑to‑day execution, coordination, and delivery discipline for the GGB Americas Accretive integration program—balancing discovery, sequencing, and execution across multiple agencies while protecting revenue, client continuity, and frontline operations.

Integration Discovery & Planning

  • Lead and coordinate integration discovery efforts across all acquired Accretive agencies, ensuring operational, technology, financial, and people impacts are clearly understood.
  • Translate discovery outputs into integrated execution plans, accounting for agency‑specific complexity, readiness, and constraints.
  • Sequence integration activity realistically across agencies to reflect capacity, risk, and business priorities.

Program‑Level Execution Management

  • Own the integrated program plan covering all agencies, tracks, dependencies, and milestones (Day‑1, Day‑30, Day‑90, stabilization).
  • Ensure delivery across agencies remains aligned to program objectives, timing, and operating assumptions.
  • Monitor execution closely and intervene early where risks, slippage, or conflicts emerge.

Oversight of Integration Track PMs

  • Provide direction, coordination, and oversight to Integration Track PMs assigned to functional or agency‑specific workstreams.
  • Review and challenge track‑level plans, timelines, and resourcing to ensure consistency and feasibility.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for Track PM issues before they rise to the IMO Lead.

Dependency, Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify and actively manage cross‑agency and cross‑track dependencies that could slow integrations or create downstream risk.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of risks, issues, and decisions required—resolving where possible and escalating decisively when needed.
  • Ensure risks related to business continuity, regulatory requirements, and operational stability are surfaced early.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as the primary execution‑level point of contact for integration stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, concise program‑level updates focused on progress, risks, dependencies, and decision needs.
  • Support IMO leadership with integrated reporting and executive‑ready summaries.

Business Continuity & Stability

  • Partner with Track PMs and Specialty/Accretive leaders to ensure integration activity does not disrupt producers, clients, or revenue flow.
  • Monitor operational load across agencies and flag capacity constraints or stabilization risks early.
About you:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 6 years of insurance brokerage systems experience or equivalent;
  • experience as a Brokerage Controller or Brokerage Operations Manager or equivalent area of responsibility highly desirable.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Working knowledge of MS Project preferred.
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in EPIC and various Insurance Agency Management Systems.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi‑workstream initiatives or programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid; Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira)

Skills for Success

  • Demonstrated ability to translate high‑level objectives into executable, integrated plans.
  • Strong dependency, risk, and issue management capability across parallel efforts
  • Clear, structured communicator able to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills; able to assess trade‑offs and recommend pragmatic solutions.

Leadership & Ways of Working

  • Leads through coordination and influence in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Brings structure, clarity, and cadence to complex, overlapping integration work.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment under pressure and comfort managing ambiguity across diverse agencies.
