Integration & Tech Support Specialist

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Integration & Tech Support Specialist to join an innovative and dynamic team in Nevada. This full-time role is perfect for a technically skilled individual passionate about providing top-tier support and seamless integration for merchants and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical integration and onboarding of all new merchants and partners to the company's platform.
• Support the sales team as needed throughout the sales cycle to help win new business and support the expansion of existing merchants.
• Build, enhance, and maintain technical documentation on an ongoing basis.
• Contribute to scoping projects, building business cases, and assisting with the project management of product enhancements in the platform.
• Build, manage, and support requests for custom reporting.
• Support third-party software providers and other platforms in integrating with the company's platform, or vice versa.
• Provide gateway and feature functionality training to merchants and partners as required.
• Be available to support and resolve merchant account or gateway issues.
• Provide feedback to leadership on optimizing the sales process, enhancing sales channels, and improving corporate brand awareness.
• Represent the company positively, conducting all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong technical acumen with experience in leading industry methodologies, languages, architecture, and internet technologies.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in global payments and omni-channel commerce.
• Strong analytical skills, applying clear methodology and sound reasoning to activities and decision-making.
• Tenacious and resilient with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management, planning, organization, prioritization, and time management discipline.
• Energetic and focused with a team player mindset.
• A self-starter who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Full benefits paid 100%

Additional Details

Max Pay is $60,000. Min Pay is $55,000.
