We’re hiring an Integration Technician to support a key partner by assembling, configuring, and troubleshooting integrated hardware and software systems. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and configure POS systems, pin pads, PCs, tablets, and handheld devices
  • Test systems, identify issues, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems
  • Assist with system updates, patches, and upgrades
  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations and processes
  • Work with internal teams to meet integration goals
  • Follow security, safety, and compliance standards
  • Identify and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
  • Experience in technical support, integration, or similar role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of hardware/software integration and networking
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or macOS
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network devices
  • Ability to use hand/power tools and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
