Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute major test programs for modern fixed-site and/or surface naval radar systems
- Perform system integration and test (I&T) activities
- Evaluate test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, assess anomalies, and drive issues to resolution
- Participate in:
- Design Reviews
- Test Readiness Reviews
- Flight Tests
- Element- and System-Level Verification
- System Certification Activities
Represent the organization on contracts and serve as a technical interface with:
- Internal and external customers
- Program and senior leadership
- Multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Support on-site installation, integration and test, critical experiments, qualification trials, and operational activities
- Travel domestically and/or internationally as required to support program execution
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience
- Functional knowledge of Radar or Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, subsystems, and components
- Experience in Integration & Test (I&T) plus one or more of the following areas:
- Systems analysis
- Architecture development
- Requirements development
- System design
- Modeling and simulation
- Proficiency in MATLAB, C++, or Python
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges
- Flexibility to work non‑standard shifts as required by program needs
- U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
- An active clearance is preferred
