Integrations Manager

Lone Peak Dental Group | Denver, CO
On-Site Role
Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000, plus bonus, PTO, benefits, and more

At Lone Peak Dental Group, we believe growth happens through strong partnerships, thoughtful support, and helping teams navigate change with confidence. As we continue to grow, we are committed to creating positive, seamless experiences for the practices and people joining our organization.

We are looking for an Integrations Manager who is relationship-focused, operationally minded, and energized by helping teams successfully transition and thrive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and balancing strategy with hands-on support.

This is not a traditional operations role. Success in this position comes from building trust, creating clarity during periods of change, and helping teams adopt systems and processes that support long-term success. You will work closely with practice teams, operational leaders, and Smile Center support teams to guide new offices through acquisition, onboarding, and integration while helping drive performance and operational excellence.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, and making a meaningful impact on people and operations, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Practice Transitions & Integrations

You will play a key role in supporting affiliated practices through acquisition and onboarding while helping teams feel supported and connected throughout the transition process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting acquisition and onboarding activities from due diligence through transition

  • Building strong relationships with doctors and team members while understanding office needs and concerns

  • Serving as the primary liaison between affiliated practices and Lone Peak Dental Group support teams

  • Helping offices prepare for and implement Lone Peak systems, processes, and training

  • Keeping teams informed and prepared for upcoming changes and training initiatives

  • Planning and facilitating implementation activities and post-transition follow-up

  • Supporting successful adoption of operational foundations and workflows

  • Encouraging collaboration and partnership between offices and Smile Center teams

Operations & Performance Support

Beyond transition support, you will help offices build sustainable operational success and maintain strong performance during their first year of integration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting operational effectiveness and budget management

  • Monitoring and maintaining financial performance targets including revenue and expenses

  • Driving growth and supporting achievement of budgeted goals

  • Partnering with field leaders to develop and implement office action plans

  • Helping ensure systems, reporting, and training are effectively implemented

  • Working alongside compliance and operational teams to maintain high standards of excellence

  • Supporting smooth credentialing and operational processes

  • Identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and helping teams make informed decisions

  • Training office leaders on KPIs, profitability, and operational performance

  • Preparing summaries and presentations to support business discussions and decision-making

  • Delivering exceptional internal customer service and ongoing support to team members

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing relationships with operational accountability.

Qualifications include:

  • Willingness and ability to travel for due diligence, office transitions, and on-site support

  • Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience managing multiple dental practices

  • Experience with practice management software, preferably Denticon

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities

  • Self-directed and motivated with strong business acumen

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across diverse teams

Why Lone Peak?

At Lone Peak Dental Group, we are built on relationships, growth, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to children and families. Joining our team means becoming part of an organization that values collaboration, supports leadership development, and empowers people to make a meaningful difference.

If you are excited about helping practices succeed, leading through change, and building lasting partnerships, we encourage you to apply.
