Chief Operating Officer / Integrator

Base Salary: $350,000–$400,000 + 30% Annual Bonus
We're partnering with a high-growth, independent wealth management organization seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer / Integrator to help lead the next phase of its growth.
This is a rare opportunity to join an established firm managing approximately $10B in assets, with more than 200 employees across multiple offices and an ambitious vision to grow to $50B in Assets Under Management over the next decade.
Reporting directly to the Founder & President, this executive will serve as the operational leader of the business—building alignment across departments, developing senior leaders, driving accountability, and ensuring the organization's strategy is executed with excellence.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in entrepreneurial, founder-led environments and enjoys balancing executive strategy with hands-on operational leadership.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the operational partner to the Founder & President.
- Lead and develop senior leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Technology, and People.
- Drive company-wide execution, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Own operational performance and full P&L accountability.
- Build alignment across multiple departments while removing barriers to execution.
- Create scalable systems and leadership rhythms that support continued growth.
- Coach leaders, improve organizational performance, and strengthen company culture.
- Help prepare the organization for future expansion and acquisitions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of executive operational leadership experience (COO, President, Integrator, General Manager, or similar).
- Proven P&L ownership with responsibility for overall business performance.
- Experience leading senior leadership teams across multiple business functions.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically—you can define the vision and execute it.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills.
- Experience working alongside founders, CEOs, boards, or executive leadership teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Wealth Management, RIA, Financial Services, or Professional Services.
- EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience.
- Private equity-backed or board-governed organizations.
- Experience scaling high-growth businesses.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $350,000–$400,000
