Riverside Overview: Riverside Research is an independent National Security Nonprofit dedicated to research and development in the national interest. We provide high-end technical services, research and development, and prototype solutions to some of the country’s most challenging technical problems.    All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship.   Position Overview:

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Intelligence Program Manager to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.  This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting the NASIC A9T Modernization effort.  The Intelligence Program Manager will assist the government with planning, programming, and budget execution activities. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide qualified project/program management and systems acquisition expertise to enable all phases of intelligence R&D, acquisition, and production program execution and support to Programming, Planning, Budget, and Execution activities
  • Solicit operational/technical requirements; prepare supporting documentation to include statements of work, and submit for approval/processing; track status of various acquisitions from submission thru award 
  • Provide technical project management support by engaging with government technical leads, NASIC Mod stakeholders, and tool developers
  • Support the PMO with programmatic documentation to aid information sharing, decision making, and communications
  • Assist with planning and execution of Scrum events for the A9T leadership team
  • Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications:
  • Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication 
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields 
  • Project Management professional with a minimum of 11 years’ experience supporting multiple concurrent program management and acquisition efforts
  • Experience managing resources (time, people, money) to accomplish assigned tasks in support of an enduring projects 
  • Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction 
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel 
  • Desired Qualifications: 

    • Familiarity with National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) intelligence analysis and production processes 
    • Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history or related field
    • Professional certifications in project management, contracting, requirements management, and/or lifecycle logistics (e.g. PMP, DAWIA) 
    • Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Scrum Master 
Global Comp: $130,000- $155,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
