Job TitleIntellectual Property AttorneyJob DescriptionManage a variety of intellectual property matters, including litigation, prosecution, and counseling. Draft and review legal documents, including patent applications, licensing agreements, and litigation pleadings. Provide strategic legal advice to clients on IP matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients' business objectives. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as needed. Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law to provide innovative legal solutions. Foster and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and effective legal guidance.The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admittance to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in. 3-5 years' experience in trademark, copyright, and IP litigation Strong exposure to TTAB proceedings and USPTO practice preferred Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously. Exceptional analytical, research, and written communication skills. Experience working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.What's on OfferCompetitive base annual salary ranging from $260,000 to $365,000 USD, based on JD year and other relevant factors.
