IP Prosecution and Litigation Attorney - Technology

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a patent associate for its Intellectual Property practice in Boston, Denver, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto or Washington, DC office. The salary for this position is between $235k to $310k. Experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation is required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in both patent prosecution and IP litigation.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines [graduate degree and/or industry experience is preferred].
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
• Admission to practice before the USPTO.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication as well as strong analytical skills.

All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
