We are seeking a Pricing Manager or Senior Manager (level based on experience) to help shape and execute pricing strategies that support our clients and strengthen firm performance.   • Leverage historical data and relevant benchmarks to support value-based pricing discussions and recommendations.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting that improve visibility into pricing performance and revenue risk indicators.
  • Drive adoption of pricing best practices by coaching partners and attorneys and enabling consistent matter planning.
  • Collaborate across Finance/Billing, Practice Management, and Client Development to support governance, approvals, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • Relevant experience in legal pricing, law firm finance, practice management, or professional services pricing (level aligned to Manager vs. Senior Manager).
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency and comfort working with large data sets.
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex negotiations.
  • Working knowledge of law firm economics, billing practices, and alternative fee arrangements.
  • Juris Doctor strongly preferred as a JD‑advantage credential (non-attorney, non-practicing business-professional role).

Location & Compensation

Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP is a midsize Chicago Loop law firm in search of a Paralegal for its Real Estate Tax Litigation practice group.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating and managing property tax litigation files on a daily basis

  • Researching valuation of properties

  • Tracking and evaluating property assessments in multiple jurisdictions

  • Preparing and filing property tax dispute documents in multiple jurisdictions

  • Compiling documents relating to the management of real estate portfolios

  • Assisting in gathering information from clients

  • Performing various research duties

  • Performing other duties as assigned by attorneys

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access

  • Demonstrates sense of ownership over assigned work

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION:

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Actual pay will be based on experience, education, job-related knowledge, market indicators and internal pay equity.
