- JDfromatop-tierlawschoolwithanexcellentacademicrecord
- ActiveBarAdmissionin in applicable jurisdiction ingoodstanding
- Strongbackgroundinintellectualpropertydisputes,particularlypatentlitigation
- Provenabilitytotakeanddefenddepositionsandmanagemotionpractice
- Skilledinwrittendiscovery,factdevelopment,andexpertdiscovery
- Demonstratedproficiencydraftingpleadings,motions,briefs,andotherlitigation-relatedfilings
- FamiliaritywithInterPartesReview(IPR)proceedingsand/orInternationalTradeCommission(ITC)mattersisaplus
- Bachelor'sdegreeinElectricalEngineering,ComputerScience,ComputerEngineering,orarelatedtechnicaldisciplinepreferred
- Equivalenttechnicalorindustrybackgroundinthesefieldswillalsobeconsidered
- Excellentanalytical,research,writing,andoraladvocacyskills
- Strongorganizationalabilitieswiththecapacitytomanagemultiplesophisticatedmatterssimultaneously

- Assistwithtrialpreparation,hearings,andstrategiclitigationplanning
- SupportclientsinInterPartesReviewproceedingsandotherPatentTrialandAppealBoardmatterswhenapplicable
- AssistwithITCinvestigationsandrelatedproceedingsasopportunitiesarise
- Workcloselywithclientsintechnology-drivenindustriesoncomplexandcutting-edgelegaldisputes

Compensation&Benefits
- CompetitiveSalary: Range of $235,000-$365,000, commensuratewithexperience,qualifications,andclassyear.
