What You Will Do

• Lead and manage complex intellectual property matters for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Develop and implement strategic IP initiatives that align with client business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on IP-related issues, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Conduct thorough IP audits and assessments to identify risks and opportunities for clients.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and support staff in best practices for IP management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in IP law to provide informed counsel.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 8+ years of experience in intellectual property law with a focus on litigation and transactional matters.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IP portfolios for clients across various industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused mindset.

Preferred

• Experience working with international clients and understanding of global IP laws.
• Background in technology or life sciences industries, enhancing the ability to serve specialized clients.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a law firm or legal department.

Compensation and Benefits
