Intellectual Property Project Assistant

Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary to interact with staff and clients.ResponsibilitiesOversee information disclosure statement processes, including reference management and document draftingAssist attorneys and paralegals with prosecution of U.S. and foreign patentsPrepare routine correspondence to clients and foreign associatesFile legal documents at the U.S. Patent and Trademark OfficeReview and report documents received from the U.S. Patent and Trademark OfficeProvide support to IP team members with special projects and coverageConsistently achieve billable hour expectations set by the firm (including approved non‑billable time)QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.Previous exposure to the Intellectual Property field or an office environment preferred.Salary RangeMilwaukee, Salt Lake City: $52,800 – $73,900Chicago, Dallas, Denver: $58,100 – $81,300Boston, Washington, DC: $63,400 – $88,700#J-18808-Ljbffr
