Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yrDirect message the job poster from Atlas SearchOur client is a law firm seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Specialist.Responsibilities:Provides administrative and project coordination support for cross-office and cross-functional projects and initiatives, working closely with the Department Practice Director, Practice Group Manager(s), and IP Managers.Prepares and reviews routine IP-related documents, correspondence, and filings under attorney supervision.Manages electronic filing (e-filing) of IP documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Ensures compliance with the Firm's secretarial policies and applicable administrative procedures.Coordinates with HR on processes such as annual reviews and other staff-related matters.Supports the efficient daily administrative operations of the assigned legal team, ensuring smooth workflows.Provides support on ad hoc projects as assigned.Who you are:2+ years of IP support experienceIntellectual Property experience requiredExperience supporting or assisting with team oversight (prior supervisory exposure a plus, but not required)Strong communication, organizational, and drafting skillsThe annual base salary range is $90,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
