Intelligence Management Specialist

Culmen is recruiting for a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist providing Operational Support.

• This role will be on site in Reston, VA, providing support to a national security program.
• Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. 
• Activities include, but are not limited to, reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting; assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities; creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings; and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.

• Needs to have an active CI Polygraph
• At least 3 years of experience promoting knowledge sharing through operational business processes and systems; and improving integration among information systems to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems  
• At least 3 years of experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture
• At least 3 years of experience building out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions
• Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user’s needs and requirements and recommend actionable solutions
• Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
• Ability to create data visualizations and metrics based on client requirements in COTS tools such as Tableau or Power BI

The determination of compensation at Culmen International, LLC is based on various factors such as location, the individual's unique combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, clearance level, experience, internal equity, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 annually. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Culmen's total compensation package for employees.
