Intelligence Planner

Location: Washington, D.C.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting and coordinating intelligence planning efforts in alignment with organizational priorities.
• Proven ability to develop and manage intelligence assessments to support the execution of long-range engagement and training plans.
• Experience managing engagement plans with priority partners and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in representing organizations at operational planning teams and working groups.
• Ability to coordinate with collections management, monitor and update collection plans, and ensure alignment with Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and Key Intelligence Questions (KIQs).
• Strong organizational and communication skills to ensure information is effectively shared across teams and to assist in the development of intelligence annexes, estimates, matrices, operational and contingency plans, and crisis response activities.
• Experience in assessing intelligence capabilities to identify gaps and recommending mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with developing and implementing organizational strategies for intelligence operations.
• Experience working with operational planning tools and intelligence cycle management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to participate in high-level working groups, interagency teams, and strategic initiative development.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in intelligence studies, homeland security, political science, international relations, criminal justice, or a closely related field.

Location

• Washington, D.C. metro area. On-site support is required at Government facilities between the core hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Eastern time

Clearance

• Preferred clearance is Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).
