The client needs an expert like you to build and sustain the training frameworks that enable crews to be mission-ready.As a Training Specialistyoullshape the units training enterprise developing curriculum qualification pathways and timeline recommendations aligned to Space Force Instruction SFI 13‑105 and evolving guidance.Youllmanage training records and Space Force readiness‑aligned schedules for multiple operators ensuring full compliance with government standards and complete visibility into crew readiness.
