Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $60.30/hr

What Youll Do
- Provide direct patient care on ICU/Telemetry units with a focus on patient monitoring and safety
- Float between ICU, Medical-Surgical, and occasionally ER or Telemetry units based on census needs
- Manage patients with conditions such as GI issues, DKA, chest pain, CHF, and pneumonia, with minimal ventilator management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with all safety standards
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using electronic health records
What You Need
Required:- Louisiana (LA) or multistate RN license
- 4+ years ICU or stepdown experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be on file at submission)
- Experience in a PCU/Stepdown environment
- Ability to float to Med-Surg and occasionally ER
Preferred:- Experience with telemetry and low-acuity ICU settings
- Comfort with patient monitoring and minimal ventilator use
- Flexibility to float across units and adaptability to rural healthcare settings
