Job Title: RN – ICU Location: Woodland Hills, CA Duration: 3 months contract (possibility of extension) Shift Time: Day & Night Shift | 3 x 12 | Every other weekend & holidays required
Local Pay Rate: $70.00/hr on W2
We do provide Stipend above 50 Miles radius.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult, neonatal, or pediatric patients based on unit assignment.
Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond promptly to emergencies.
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.
Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Adhere to infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Certificate :
Minimum 1 years of recent ICU (Intensive Care Unit) RN experience
Active RN California state license
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
