What Youll Bring:
- Strong clinical skills in ICU or Med/Surg settings with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage high-acuity patients with confidence and compassion.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
- Flexibility to float to Skilled Nursing, OB (postpartum), and Emergency Department as needed.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications (can be obtained via SWMC within 6 months of hire).
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Experience with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to adapt to various clinical settings.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with unit-specific protocols and procedures.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- RN license in good standing.
- Two or more years of ICU or Med/Surg experience.
- Additional certifications as listed above.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm on a rotating schedule including every other weekend and holiday.
- Must keep jewelry minimal; visible face/body piercings outside traditional earrings and small nose studs are not permitted while on duty.
- Eligibility for relocation bonus up to $2,500 upon providing proof/receipts.
- Certified in or willing to obtain required certifications within 6 months of hire.
