Description:
Deliver appropriate high level instruction for students with IEPs
Develop effective instructional strategies and assessments that focus on state standards.
There must be a commitment to professional growth.
The candidate must be an instrumental part of the instructional team.
Other responsibilities will be reviewed during the interview process.

Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have multiple teaching areas on their valid special education license or is willing with a bachelors degree to obtain an alternative to special education license. Intense Interventions desirable.
The preferred candidate will have experience working with elementary school special needs children.
The preferred candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively.
The preferred candidate should have knowledge and understanding of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Mild Cognitive Abilities.
