General Requirements Eligible for Board Certification within five (5) years of completing an accredited residency program Education MD or DO Specialized Knowledge and Skills Demonstrates ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform the essential duties of the job.

University of Michigan Health Partners (UMHP) is seeking a full-timeBC/BE Critical Care Intensivistto join its hospital-employed practice in Lansing, Michigan. UMHP delivers exceptional care in a diverse, family-friendly community and is dedicated to improving access to healthcare across Mid-Michigan.

Position Highlights

• Closed critical care units providing52 beds of state-of-the-art careto the patients of Mid-Michigan
• Intensivists provide24-hour medical managementfor the sickest patients, with opportunities for procedures and fellow/resident/student teaching
• Flexible schedule -12 hour shifts
• *Night shift preferred
• Average census:12-15 patients
• Advanced Practice Provider support
• Certified Stroke Center of Excellence | Level 1 Trauma Center
• EPIC EMR
• Located in aB1G University city
• Recognized as aTop Performer in Quality Initiatives
