Job Description

Interact Studio Support Services

Interact Studio is a place for US Based Associates and Externals to learn, receive face to face, real time answers and collaborate using the current and future technologies. The customers may visit the studio to meet with the Interact Expert or subject matter experts to discuss an issue, an idea or improve their current technical skills. The Interact Resource Support Services shall include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

  • Studio Daily Operations
  • Knowledge Bar
  • Learning Lab Facilitation
  • Campus Event Support
  • Offsite Meeting Support
  • Mobile Studio Support
  • Support the Marketing and experience developed for the Studio
  • New Technology and service Introduction
  • Documentation
  • Service Metrics
  • Services Change Management
  • Asset Management/Security
  • Resource Review and Service Changes
  • Provide overflow support to Client IT Help Desk in high volume scenarios
