Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Design and build high-quality experiences with a systems approach.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system: developing reusable components and documentation.
- Translate experience specifications, content and creative direction into polished UI and working code.
- Work with Figma or emerging AI design tooling to design, spec, and prototype.
- Integrate and manage content through Sitecore (headless CMS), supporting real-world publishing needs.
- Participate in design critiques
- Partner with engineers on implementation.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Working within brand guidelines and scalable outcomes
- Consumer grade web experience
- Design
- Proficient with Figma, creating and scaling design systems
- Experience with emerging AI design tooling and workflows
- Motion design & animation
- Strong visual & interaction sensibility
- Data viz design
- 5+ years hybrid design/frontend experience working on B2C products
- Engineering
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or modern frontend framework)
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms
- D3.js, Recharts, or similar (data viz)
- Component-based architecture
- WCAG accessibility standards
- Design tokens & design system tooling
- Storybook or similar component documentation
- experience with front end frameworks
- Experience with CMS
- Soft Skills:Good presentation skills
- Years of Experience:-5 years
- Education -H.S. diploma or GED
