Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned worksite. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance from the worksite. Leveraging a deep understanding of user experience principles and user needs to communicate cross-functionally, translating between UX design, business, technical, and project management domains and teams to ensure alignment of expectations and tasks. Breaking down UX designs into Jira epic-task hierarchies, and prioritizing, allocating, and tracking those tasks to completion. Identifying meaningful functional milestones and driving cross-functional alignment to those milestones. Tracking and communicating project status and risks through cross-team alignment meetings, execution level status reports, and dashboards built in Jira and Confluence. Ensuring that HMI development is aligned to the broader strategic program milestones. Domestic Travel Required up to 10%.
