The Interactive Marketing Manager at GREENWORKS Studio plays a pivotal role in managing the digital experience of prospects and residents across Village Green communities. This includes leading reputation management, local listing optimization, digital content strategy, and performance analysis-with a heavy emphasis on collaborating with on-site teams to improve visibility, engagement, and occupancy.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content creation, data analysis, and customer experience, with a strong focus on owning and evolving our online reputation strategy. In addition to managing review responses and local listings, the Interactive Marketing Manager will proactively analyze performance data and implement best practices that elevate both the online presence and leasing results of our communities. Reports to Director of Paid Media.
This position is hybrid - 3 days in the office.
