We supply full curriculum, lab gear, and step-by-step training. You supply high-voltage energy, strict classroom management, and total reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform & Teach: Lead high-energy, interactive science workshops and demonstrations for elementary school-aged children.
- Inspire: Turn complex science concepts into unforgettable, hands-on fun!
- Travel: Drive to various schools, community centers, and event locations across the DMV.
- Pick up: workshop equipment from our storage unit in McLean, VA.
Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Group Management Experience: Minimum 1 year managing groups of 10+ elementary kids simultaneously (e.g., classroom, theater, camp counseling, youth athletics).
- Reliable Personal Vehicle: Must own a reliable car to haul equipment kits to event sites.
- Punctuality & Communication: Track record of arriving early and responding to schedule confirmations within 24 hours.
- Background Clearance: Must clear state and federal criminal background checks.
