Clearance Requirement: Ability to Obtain and Maintain a Federal Public Trust Clearance (Active Public Trust Preferred)
Cloud & DevOps
- Support and maintain cloud infrastructure hosted in AWS and/or Azure environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor system health, performance, and operational stability through proactive alerting and incident response.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term infrastructure improvements.
Credential Management & Identity Solutions
- Provide engineering and operational support for Intercede MyID credential management platforms.
- Support PKI infrastructures, certificate lifecycle management, and identity management systems.
- Troubleshoot smart cards, authentication technologies, credentialing applications, middleware, and drivers.
- Support HID credentialing technologies and authentication solutions.
- Administer Windows Server environments supporting credential management systems.
- Perform database administration activities associated with Intercede and related identity management solutions.
Profile
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Intercede MyID and credential management systems.
- Experience supporting:
- PKI environments
- Certificate lifecycle management
- HID credentialing solutions
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other automation tools.
- Strong Windows Server administration experience.
- Experience troubleshooting authentication systems, smart cards, middleware, and credentialing software.
- Experience performing database administration activities related to Intercede platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Federal Public Trust Clearance.
- Experience supporting federal government environments.
- Advanced Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation expertise.
- Experience working in highly regulated or security-focused environments.
- Master's degree in a related field.
