Interim Cath Lab Manager

Description:

Assists in the organization and scheduling needs of the cardiac cath lab. Oversees the day-to-day clinical aspects related to the cath lab. Communicate with Cardiologists as needed about patient care. Participates in and develops performance improvement measures. Assist in the planning of departmental budget. Responsible for financial accountability within the department. Coordinates educational classes to meet the annual competency requirements of the staff.

Qualifications:

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: RN (Registered Nurse), RT (Radiologic Technologist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) - Required
• BLS & ACLS (thru American Heart Assoc.)
• Graduate of Nursing Program, Radiology Program or Cardiovascular Program required.
• Minimum of 5 years in Cardiac Cath Lab required; with 2 years in Leadership/Management.
• Non-Benefited position. Mon-Fri; no weekends.
• Location: CONFIDENTIAL
• Start Date: ASAP
• Weeks: 13
• Hours: 5x8
• Shift: Days
• Gross Weekly Rate: $4600
