Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Interim Chief Executive Officer on behalf of a fast-growing consumer products company specializing in innovative pet products. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Billings, Montana, with an anticipated interim engagement of approximately six months.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Interim Chief Executive Officer will provide executive leadership during a pivotal period as the organization prepares for its next stage of growth and a potential future acquisition. This executive will partner closely with the owner to stabilize operations, strengthen organizational infrastructure, improve financial and operational controls, and build accountability across the business.
