Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership during a transitional period. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to stabilize financial operations, drive performance, and support critical business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the Interim CFO:
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and the board
- Assess and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting structures
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Support audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and support the finance and accounting team
- Assist with special projects such as mergers, acquisitions, system implementations, or restructuring initiatives
Preferred Qualifications of the CFO:
- Manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level roles
