Our client, a community-focused medical center in the Midwest, is seeking an interim Clinic Nurse Manager for a 13-week contract. You'll oversee daily operations across Outpatient Specialty and Rural Health Clinics, support and mentor nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the Clinic Administrator to keep care delivery running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead day-to-day clinic operations and workflow improvement
- Schedule, mentor, and develop nursing staff
- Maintain compliance with rural health clinic regulations
- Contribute to budgeting, vendor management, and supply needs
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years in healthcare or clinical management
- RN or LPN license in Kansas; CPR/BLS required; ACLS current or within 90 days; PALS preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Comfortable with travel and interim assignments
