As part of the broader MyWellbeing ecosystem, Dedicated combines the warmth and connection of a clinician-centered practice with the innovation and reach of a national mental health company. Since launching, MyWellbeing has supported more than 250,000 people in their search for mental health care and built a trusted community of 2,000+ mental health providers nationwide. We are seeking an interim leader to serve as a GM of our Dedicated program, an intimate and growing practice of over 25 early career clinicians with an emphasis on supervision, professional development, and community.
This is a great role for you if you are seeking an opportunity to bridge strategy and execution and eager to leave a lasting impact on the future therapeutic workforce and the clients they impact every day.
We are looking for an experienced clinical operations leader for a 4-month contract (Mid-September 2026 – Mid-January 2027) to provide coverage during a planned leadership leave.
You will step into the management layer above our clinical supervisor team, owning the operational functions that keep the clinical org running: metrics and capacity reporting, therapist lifecycle oversight, client operations KPIs, compliance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
This role is the primary operational decision-maker during the contract period. Day-to-day clinical questions route through the clinical supervisors. Strategic and financial decisions route to the CEO. You own everything in between.
Regular check-ins with clinical supervisors to manage core KPIs: utilization, note compliance, attrition flags, retention, high-acuity tracking
Escalation management: primary first stop for anything supervisors cannot resolve; escalate to CEO only when executive authority is needed
Capacity dashboard: weekly maintenance, monthly reporting package
Provider utilization rate (target 85–90%+ for ramped clinicians)
Documentation and chart compliance rate (target 93–95%+)
AI notes adoption: active adoption count, compliance rate, troubleshooting coordination
Client attendance rate and retention in care
Revenue per clinician snapshot (inputs provided; you compile and present)
Associate hiring pipeline, interview and team panel coordination
New clinician onboarding
Current clinician retention and experience
KPI oversight of client experience: time-to-match, inquiry-to-intake, client satisfaction surveys
Provider and client caseload transitions
Intake guardrails: ensure matching and waitlist protocols are being followed; escalate threshold breaches to CEO
Medicaid compliance oversight
QA systems monitoring
Escalation procedures
Report compilation and leadership meeting support for the CEO
Oversight of professional development monthly sessions
Document open AT hiring pipeline status and recurring processes
Manage any clinical supervisory structure changes with onboarding, time off, or leave coverage of Clinical Supervisors. During this period your scope includes:
Primary coordinator of the clinical supervision coverage solution
Increased support to clinical supervisor team
If you have a clinical background: you may provide direct oversight support to the clinical team alongside the coverage solution
5+ years in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical operations, with experience managing or overseeing clinical functions
Demonstrated metrics, data, and dashboard management skills
Experience with EHR systems and clinical workflows in a behavioral health or therapy setting
Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, small-team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Clinical background: licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) or clinical director / supervisor-level management experience in behavioral health
Experience in a clinical director, clinical operations director, or VP-level capacity in a behavioral health org
Familiarity with AI-assisted clinical documentation tools and adoption rollouts
Experience overseeing credentialing, Medicaid compliance, or payer readiness processes
