Job Title
Balance proactive media outreach with the management of inbound media inquiries, ensuring thoughtful and strategic engagement within a regulated environment.
Partner closely with senior leaders to develop clear, compelling messaging around key business topics and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with priority journalists and industry reporters.
Support the development of media reporting and analytics to demonstrate the Communications team's impact and alignment with business and commercial objectives.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Communications function by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, collaboration, and overall effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant
5-8 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within financial services, professional services, capital markets, or a similarly complex industry.
A proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve challenges effectively.
Prior agency experience is a plus.
Experience supporting communications efforts in regulated or reputation-sensitive environments.
Proven ability to develop and execute earned media strategies that drive visibility and enhance brand reputation.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a variety of internal and external audiences.
Excellent written, verbal, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working effectively across teams.
