Target Compensation: $135,000-$175,000 annualized, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities for the Interim Controller:

• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls
• Manage and support the accounting team while driving operational efficiencies
• Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations

Qualifications for the Interim Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including Controller-level responsibility
• Retail, consumer products, or multi-location business experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP/accounting systems
