Key Responsibilities for the Interim Controller:
• The Interim Controller will oversee month-end/year-end close, general ledger, and account reconciliations
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, including budget-to-actuals and grant tracking
• Manage grant and contract financial reporting and compliance
• The Interim Controller will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate audits, Form 990 preparation, and regulatory filings
• The Interim Controller will supervise accounting staff and ensure efficient financial operations

Qualifications for the Interim Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of nonprofit accounting experience
• Strong grant management experience required
• CPA preferred
