Key Responsibilities for the Interim Controller – Restaurant365 Implementation:

• 
  
• Lead accounting support for the Restaurant365 commissary kitchen and inventory module implementation
  • Review existing accounting workflows and recommend SOP and process improvements
  • Serve as the accounting subject matter expert between business stakeholders and implementation teams
  • Support training, documentation, testing, and go-live activities
  • Ensure inventory accounting processes are effectively integrated into the ERP environment

Qualifications for the Interim Controller – Restaurant365 Implementation:

• 
  
• Strong inventory accounting experience
  • Experience in commissary kitchen, food production, manufacturing, distribution, or multi-unit restaurant environments
  • Hands-on Restaurant365 ERP implementation experience
  • Ability to translate accounting and operational requirements into scalable system and process solutions
