Interim Director, Managed Care & Payment Integrity

An Oklahoma healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Director, Managed Care & Payment Integrity!

The Position

• The Interim Director, Managed Care & Payment Integrity, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day financial operations throughout the facility.
• This leader will focus on ongoing department initiatives including payor negotiations, managed care strategies, met-revenue reimbursement, payment integrity, payor escalation, and denials prevention.
• Key responsibilities include assessing RC operations, improving payor negotiations and contracting, and optimizing Revenue Cycle workflows.
• The Interim leader will strive to provide strong leadership and/or mentorship to staff members while focusing highly on implementing and maintaining a positive work environment centered around communication, collaboration, and employee engagement.
• Seeking an experienced revenue cycle leader who will seize opportunities to optimize financial growth throughout the organization.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree is required.
• Oklahoma market experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
