The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing continuous improvement initiatives across various departments, evaluating current processes, and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, cost savings, and performance. This hands-on leadership role requires the implementation of Lean strategies, facilitation of value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and process improvement workshops. The Interim Director will also be tasked with partnering with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies, establishing and tracking KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams through change management.Applicants for the Interim Director of Continuous Improvement position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process improvement, with a strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and value stream mapping. The role demands a proven track record in leading large-scale improvement initiatives, experience in cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to quickly assess and implement impactful changes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential, as are excellent communication and leadership abilities.
