Interim Director of FP&A

We are seeking an Interim Director of FP&A for our client to lead the FY2027 budgeting process and support enterprise-wide financial planning initiatives. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and business leaders to develop budgets, driver-based forecasts, Workforce planning models, and executive reporting while helping improve planning processes and reporting capabilities.

Attributes:

• Lead the FY2027 budgeting process across all functional departments
• Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Develop driver-based financial models, headcount planning, and compensation/bonus models
• Prepare executive reporting, variance analysis, and profitability reporting
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Strong FP&A leadership experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling required
• SmartView experience is required (must-have)
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) and Oracle Workforce Planning Module required
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent communication required
• Self-starter with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions
