Interim Director of Pharmacy Needed in Bozeman, Montana!
The Position
- An Interim Director of Pharmacy is needed to provide strategic leadership for acute care pharmacy services.
- Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this leader will oversee nine direct reports.
- Key responsibilities include leading hospital pharmacy operations, driving change management initiatives, supporting the implementation of the 340B program, overseeing acute care pharmacy services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive hospital pharmacy leadership experience in an acute care setting. Experience in infusion services, including oncology, and familiarity with 340B program implementation are preferred.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
- Active Montana Pharmacist license required.
- Progressive hospital pharmacy leadership experience in an acute care setting required.

Compensation Details
- Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
