- Seeking RN support – Western Chicagoland territory
What We Offer: - Earn up to $1600.00 per week with a two (2) day schedule (every other Saturday and Sunday)
- Mileage reimbursement
- All equipment provided
Must Haves: - RN license from an accredited nursing program
- Licensed and reside in the State of Illinois
- Home Health experience – Conducts multiple patients visits each scheduled workday
- OASIS SOC experience highly preferred
- Ability to provide ROCs, Revisits, and PRNs on scheduled workdays
- Ability to provide a firm work schedule at least six (6) weeks in advance
- Able to attend four (4) day onsite orientation in Alsip IL
- Reliable vehicle w/ valid auto insurance
- Bilingual - Spanish, Polish, Russian, Korean, etc - preferred; not required
